SSK Series Sewage Sludge Thickener

The new SSK thickener employs a centrifugal–dissolved‑air flotation hybrid principle and leverages Stokes’ law to achieve highly efficient particle separation. By precisely dosing chemicals into a low‑density liquid ring layer, it enhances the flocculation of fine particles; for sludge with excellent settling characteristics (SVI ≤ 150 mL/g), it can directly thicken with zero chemical consumption. Furthermore, its patented plow‑type discharge mechanism and compressed‑air system ensure stable discharge and precise control of solids content.

SC decanter centrifuge

The SC-series horizontal screw‑discharge sedimentation centrifuge is a solid–liquid separation device developed by our company, drawing on years of experience in solid–liquid separation engineering. It is suitable for processing materials across multiple industries, including municipal sludge, food processing, and fine chemicals. Featuring a modular design, the equipment optimizes the drum’s length‑to‑diameter ratio, the screw configuration, and the differential speed control system, enabling fully automated continuous operation—feeding, separating, and discharging solids—while maximizing solid dryness and minimizing solid content in the liquid phase.

SC-T Series Centrifugal Dehydrator

Building on the proven technology of the SC series, the SC‑T centrifugal dewatering machine has been comprehensively upgraded to handle materials of varying concentrations. By optimizing the drum’s length‑to‑diameter ratio, the helical flight angle, and the differential speed control system, it meets diverse processing requirements—ranging from municipal sludge to high‑concentration industrial slurries. With flexible options for drum material, wear‑resistant liners, and drive configurations, it truly delivers “one machine, multiple applications.”

SC Three-Phase Centrifugal Dewatering Machine

The SC three-phase centrifugal dewatering machine is designed to simultaneously separate a solid phase from two immiscible liquid phases, such as oil and water. Once the feed enters the high-speed rotating drum, centrifugal force causes the solid phase to settle against the inner wall and be discharged by the screw conveyor, while the lighter and heavier liquid phases stratify according to their density differences and are continuously discharged through separate overflow outlets. This model features an optimized drum structure, screw design, and liquid-phase separation mechanism, enabling the synchronous and continuous separation of three-phase mixtures.

SCM Mobile Dewatering Unit

Mobile Centrifuge Systems – Skid-Mounted, Trailer-Mounted, and Containerized Solutions
This series of mobile centrifuge systems integrates high‑efficiency decanter centrifuges and associated equipment—such as chemical dosing, feed handling, and control units—into skid‑mounted bases, trailers, or standard shipping containers, enabling rapid transport and on‑site deployment. Ideal for emergency response, temporary projects, or remote locations, these systems require no civil‑engineering work and can be commissioned immediately upon arrival. They are capable of handling applications such as sludge dewatering, oily sludge separation, and drilling‑mud treatment, featuring a high degree of automation, easy disassembly and relocation, and significant reductions in project timelines and capital expenditures.

SNP High-Pressure Belt-Type Deep Dewatering Machine

The SNP high-pressure belt-type deep dewatering machine relies on a double-layer filter belt to clamp the material, which then passes sequentially through multiple sets of pressurizing rollers. Under the combined action of filter belt tension, shear force, and squeezing pressure, it effectively removes moisture from the material, achieving thorough dewatering.

Vertical coarse-sludge dewatering centrifuge

The equipment is driven by a main motor that rotates the differential and the screen basket assembly at high speed. The differential generates a co‑rotational speed difference between the scraper and the screen basket, forming a continuous separation and discharge mechanism. Wet residues are evenly distributed across the inner wall of the screen basket via the feed system; under centrifugal force, the liquid phase and fine particles pass through the screen openings and exit through the fine‑residue outlet, while the retained solid residues are scraped off by the scraper and discharged from the residue outlet. The entire unit achieves efficient solid–liquid separation of coarse residues, features a compact design, and operates continuously and stably, making it well suited for the dewatering stage in industries such as food processing, kitchen waste treatment, and brewing.

Ultra-high-pressure dewatering machine

The ultra‑high‑pressure dewatering equipment, leveraging a patented heat‑free technology, precisely addresses the challenge of dewatering gasification fine slag, enabling the resulting dry slag to meet the requirements for resource‑based applications such as combustion and building materials, thereby truly achieving the environmental goals of “reduction, harmlessness, and resource recovery.”

Fully automatic traveling belt filter press

It is primarily used in solid–liquid separation applications such as municipal and industrial sludge treatment, enabling deep dewatering and volume reduction. The system achieves efficient dewatering through a fully automated cycle that includes “plate assembly → feeding → membrane pressing → plate opening → automatic sludge discharge → filter cloth cleaning.”

DLT Belt Dryer

The DLT low-temperature belt dryer utilizes low‑grade heat sources such as hot water and waste heat to preheat circulating air via a heat exchanger. A fan then drives the heated air to uniformly penetrate the material layer on the mesh belt, achieving low‑temperature vaporization and dewatering. The equipment employs a closed‑loop internal recirculation dehumidification process, operates at 40–85°C, and is suitable for drying various types of sludge. With stable operation and low energy consumption thanks to waste‑heat recovery, it has become the mainstream technology for linking sludge dewatering with subsequent treatment.
