To enhance wastewater treatment efficiency, we employ an advanced bio‑enhancement technology based on a “mainstream–sidestream” configuration. By installing independent sidestream reactors in the sludge return line, we can enrich nitrifying bacteria and cultivate polyphosphate‑accumulating organisms in situ, then reintroduce them into the main biochemical tank. This approach markedly improves the system’s nitrogen and phosphorus removal performance, enabling effluent quality to consistently meet regulatory standards without, or with only minimal, external carbon sources or chemical dosing.
At the same time, we fully recognize that sludge treatment poses a significant operational challenge for municipal wastewater treatment plants. To address this, our process design incorporates inherent sludge reduction capabilities, resulting in lower sludge production compared to conventional technologies. Coupled with proven advanced sludge dewatering and drying technologies, we help municipal clients substantially reduce overall sludge disposal costs, enabling stable, efficient, and environmentally sustainable plant operations.

The company operates a 406‑mu production base and holds more than 30 separation patents. Its equipment is designed to handle high‑oil, high‑impurity organic feedstocks, enabling precise three‑phase separation of oil, water, and solids in a single step. Oil recovery exceeds 95%, and the deeply dewatered residual solids exhibit significantly reduced moisture content, making them suitable for use as organic fertilizer or as feedstock for anaerobic digestion. The crude oil can also be further processed into biodiesel, thereby maximizing the economic value of waste materials.

The SSK thickener leverages centrifugal–dissolved‑air flotation hybrid technology to efficiently thicken mineral slurries, with exceptional fine‑particle capture. The modular decanter centrifuge is tailored for high‑hardness slurries, enabling continuous, automated dewatering of tailings and recovery of concentrate, delivering a high solids content in the cake and allowing the liquid phase to be recycled. Meanwhile, the deep‑dewatering filter press further reduces the moisture content of tailings sludge, facilitating dry stacking and volume reduction.

During the 24th National Safety Production Month, Senlorful successfully conducted its 2025 safety and environmental emergency drill at the paint warehouse of its manufacturing base on the morning of May 25. The drill included instruction and hands-on practice on the use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, and added a new component involving water trucks providing emergency assistance in firefighting, comprehensively testing the company’s emergency response plan and enhancing the emergency response capabilities of all employees.
