Riveting and Welding Workshop


One of the most well-equipped riveting and welding bases in the Southwest region, featuring advanced processing and testing equipment.

◀ A total of 3 spans, with a floor area of approximately 21,395 m² and a maximum lifting capacity of 125 t;

◀ Equipped with state-of-the-art CNC cutting machinery, a 120 mm CNC plate rolling machine, multiple 18 m × 18 m assembly and welding platforms, as well as large-scale heat treatment and surface‑finishing facilities;

◀ We boast a team of professionally certified welders who have passed GB and ASME welding qualification assessments, mastering the entire production process—from cutting and machining to riveting and welding, heat treatment, and surface finishing—while employing CAPP to rigorously control every step.
